As a Water Restoration Technician, you are a key team member responsible for industry standard drying of water and remediating mold damaged property. No experience is necessary and training will be provided.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, willing to be trained to the highest standards of our industry, thrive in fast paced environments, and are able to manage your time effectively, and can effectively communicate with your peers, your supervisory, and our customers. Understanding the nature of our business, and the urgency of our services for those affected by disasters, you are willing and able to work after hours 4-5 times a month. Bonuses and Overtime for after hour shifts apply.

$17.50 starting with no experience and up with certifications and experience.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Become proficient in the established industry standards for water damage restoration.
• Serve as support to our Cleaning and Construction Divisions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance carriers, claims handlers, etc concerning scope and/or status of work.
• Maintain complete and accurate job files following all company established processes and procedures.
• Maintain company equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Restoration and construction experience helpful, but not required
• Valid Driver's License, Clean background check, Able to pass initial and random drug test.
• Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Computer literate; ability to learn and use our business software is critical.
• Excellent communication skills
• Some personal tools are required. That list will be provided during the interview process.
