Title:Tax Manager
Description:
International public company has a position with broad based duties. Responsibilities will include: global tax planning, analysis of potential transactions, review of Federal and State income tax returns, coordinate foreign tax compliance and planning, supervise tax staff, provide support to CFO for Board of Director’s reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years experience with interest and experience in both tax compliance and research. CPA or public accounting experience helpful but not required.
Salary:
$65K - 85K plus Bonus.
