- Set up, operate and monitor SMT equipment (pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens and screen printers)
- Load components, feeders and materials according to production schedules
- Inspect PCBs for defects such as misalignment, solder issues or missing components
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to machines as trained
- Document production data, defects, and downtime accurately
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times
- Assist with changeovers and preventive maintenance activities
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Previous SMT, electronics manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read work instructions, schematics and assembly documentation
- Familiarity with ESD requirements and electronic components
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for machine interfaces and documentation
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15-30 lbs as needed
- Manual dexterity for handling small components
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
