Job Title: RN Nursing Home Administrator

Location: Clovis, NM
Type: Contract
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Job Summary

The RN Nursing Home Administrator supports the efficient daily operations of the facility by managing administrative tasks, coordinating workflow, and assisting staff, residents, and visitors with professionalism. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth communication, and organized office functions.
Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, organizing, and maintaining records.
• Support front-desk operations: greet visitors, answer calls, and route inquiries appropriately.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and internal communications.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and staff activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports per facility policies.
• Complete data entry tasks, update spreadsheets, and prepare administrative reports.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Assist with supply inventory management and ordering as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with documentation standards.
• Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
