Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring during a peak business period. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for hourly healthcare-related positions. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about supporting mission-oriented work. This is a fully remote or hybrid opportunity with minimal onsite requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and open requisitions
• Source candidates through job boards, applicant tracking systems, and community outreach
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and internal teams
• Manage candidates through the hiring process from application to offer
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
• Assist with workforce planning and provide insights on hiring trends and candidate availability

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a healthcare or related environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for mission-driven work and community impact
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards (ATS experience required)

Additional Details:

• Contract role anticipated to last approximately 3 months
• Hiring volume fluctuates seasonally
