Inspector B is responsible for inspecting and testing products or materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality and ensuring customer satisfaction./pp1st Shift: 6:00AM - 2:00PM, Monday-Friday (straight 8hours - paid lunch, no breaks)/ppResponsibilities:/pulliConduct qualification tests, product inspection activities, quality audits on in-process and final products, and basic electrical tests./liliPerform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using various tools and equipment./liliCapable of recording or documenting inspection outcomes./liliMaintains satisfactory quality performance levels./liliDocument and report any cited product deficiencies or deviations from quality standards./liliComplies with all standards outlined in the Quality Assurance Manual./liliProvide recommendations in support of maintaining continuous process improvements./liliMay assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality issues./liliMaintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition./liliResponsible for following warehouse safety regulations./liliAll other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports./li/ulpRequired Skills Experience:/pulliComfortable working autonomously and in a team environment./liliThoroughness and attention to detail in task completion./liliProficient in maintaining accurate and organized records and effectively communicating information regarding any fails found during inspections./liliCapacity to engage with individuals in a professional manner./liliHandles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff./liliBasic knowledge of computer programs for entering data./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment./liliBasic mathematical skills./li/ulpPreferred Skills Experience:/pulliPrevious experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus./liliPrevious experience in quality control or inspection roles./liliTime-management skills./liliEagerness for continuous learning./liliWritten and verbal communication skills./li/ulpEducational Requirements:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred./li/ulpPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:/pulliWarehouse environment./liliThe ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs., if necessary./liliThe ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time, if necessary./liliThe ability to bend, push, pull, twist, and reach in a continuous/repetitive capacity, if necessary/li/ulpYou will love working in our family-oriented company!
