Project Manager

Position Details

• May manage a team or serve as a project lead.
• Manage smaller projects or portions of larger, complex projects.
• Develop client relationships and provide project status updates.
• Oversee budgets, cost/revenue projections, and change orders.
• Participate in project meetings and partner with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and related systems design.
• Proven ability to manage small teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and project management expertise.
• Proficiency in CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
