Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Conduct project reviews and create comprehensive reports on project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a focus on team management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
