What You’ll Do

• Commit to working safely and following all safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment efficiently and maintain a clean work area.
• Load and unload products for processing.
• Follow work instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Learn new skills and adapt to different roles as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to improve safety and performance.

• What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of steady, documented work experience.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work in extreme temperatures.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, navigate catwalks, bend, and stoop.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay.
