Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the production team supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range: $18.50/hour

Shift: 2pm - 10pm, 10pm-6am

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery within the manufacturing line to ensure smooth production flow
• Perform quality checks and document results accurately
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report any malfunctions
• Support team members in achieving daily production goals

What's Needed?

• Consistent Attendance 
• One year prior manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
