Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Mandarin-Speaking

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Our growing outpatient facility in Flushing, NY, is seeking compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) fluent in Mandarin to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role supports H1 visas and offers a dynamic opportunity to treat patients of all ages in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and routine checkups.
• Conduct telemedicine consultations from the office setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and preventive health strategies.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under a physician's supervision.
• Perform diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, and interpret the results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications:

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure with eligibility in New York State.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family practice, or a related setting (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Dedication to delivering culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling options:
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, including 1-3 weekends per month.
  • Part-Time: 1-2 days per week or a more consistent 3-5 days per week.
• Flexibility to occasionally travel to our Brooklyn office once it opens.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $170,000 - $210,000 annually, depending on experience.
