Private Client Services Paralegal

A national law firm client is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates & Probate Paralegal to support attorneys in its Trusts & Estates/Wealth Planning practice.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Support trust and estate administration, including probate filings, asset inventories, and accountings
• Assist with the preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns
• Prepare trust funding documents, asset transfers, and beneficiary designations
• Maintain organized electronic and physical client files
• Track deadlines and manage workflow for assigned matters
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, advisors, accountants, and court personnel
• Conduct basic legal and factual research

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of paralegal experience in trusts & estates, private wealth planning
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust administration processes
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
