Medical Assistant Instructor Community Care College – Tulsa, OK Job Details Location: Community Care College – Tulsa, OK Position Type: Full Time (Hybrid – on‑campus and remote) Salary Range: Undisclosed Description The Medical Assistant Instructor will deliver an outcomes-focused, hands‑on educational program and actively monitor and track individual student progress, providing mediation and direction as needed. The instructor should be well versed in Medical Terminology, Laboratory Safety (OSHA), Infection Control, Appointment Scheduling, EHR usage, Filing, Medical Law and Ethics, Vital Signs, assisting in a Physical Exam, Pharmacology, Dosage Calculation, and Medication Administration (giving injections). General knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology is required. The instructor will also teach courses about the Special Senses, Nutrition, and the Digestive and Reproductive Systems. Qualifications Valid RMA, CMA, or other recognized national healthcare certification. Associates Degree preferred. Minimum 3‑5 years of healthcare‑related experience. Proven coaching and development skills. Experience in adult education, development and program administration (a plus). Highly developed interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Excellent presentation, public speaking, written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and initiative. Resilience, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and dedication to excellence in career college education.
