Schedule:

• Training: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Post-Certification: Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must also be available for peak schedule (Fri–Sun, 3x12 shifts)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced forklift operators with proven skills operating Reach Trucks and Order Pickers (Cherry Pickers) . These roles require precision, attention to detail, and confidence working at heights up to 40 feet . The ideal candidates will have previous certification and hands-on experience using warehouse equipment from brands such as Crown, Toyota, Raymond, or Linde .

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach Truck and Order Picker (Cherry Picker) equipment to move, put away, and retrieve pallets up to 40 feet high.
• Maintain clear visibility and awareness when maneuvering around racks, ensuring no contact or damage to beams or inventory.
• Accurately pick and stage materials as directed by warehouse systems or supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Required experience:
• • Hands-on operation of Order Picker / Cherry Picker lifts (must not be afraid of heights).
  • Hands-on experience operating a Reach Truck (sit-down, not stand-up reach).
• Prior experience with Crown, Toyota, Raymond, or Linde equipment preferred.
• Ability to clearly identify racking locations and handle pallets safely at height.
• Current forklift certification or ability to pass client’s certification process.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible/peak schedules.
