Industrial Metals Painter
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $20–$23 per hour
About the RoleJoin our Finishing Department as a Coatings Helper, where you’ll operate a powder coating spray system to apply durable, weather-resistant finishes primarily on steel components. You’ll also ensure proper curing and hardness through controlled baking processes.

Work EnvironmentYou’ll work in a dynamic manufacturing setting producing items such as park benches, playground equipment, fitness gear, slides, and trash receptacles for clients nationwide. The shop is open-air and subject to seasonal temperature changes—cool in winter, warm in summer.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
