Gameday Men’s Health – Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. For the right full-time candidate, this role includes serving as Clinical Director , combining hands-on clinical practice with medical leadership and team development.

This is a banker-hours, patient-focused, relationship-driven role with real autonomy, strong operational support, and the opportunity to lead a high-performing clinic.

• Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm

You will deliver and oversee care across our core services, including:

• Testosterone Optimization (pellets, injections, topicals, oral & sublingual)
• Sexual Health (ED treatments including GAINSWave, PRP/P-Shot, PDE-5s, Trimix)
• Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1 therapies and lifestyle optimization)
• Hair Restoration (oral medications, topicals, PRP)
• Peptide Therapies
• Vitamin & Wellness Injections

Clinic Director (Full-Time Only):

Full-time candidates may assume Clinic Director responsibilities, leading and developing a team of Medical Assistants while working closely with the owners to uphold clinical excellence, patient experience, and operational standards.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is:

• Passionate about men’s health and longevity medicine
• Comfortable building customized treatment plans with patients
• Confident discussing treatment options and financial considerations
• High-energy, high-integrity, and self-motivated
• Interested in leadership and clinic growth

Prior HRT / men’s health experience is strongly preferred.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience
• Active state license in good standing
• Active DEA and controlled substance registration
• No current or pending malpractice actions
• Experience in urology, endocrinology, primary care, or related fields preferred

• $65–$90/hour , commensurate with experience
