Assistant Store Manager AT&T

Join AT&Ts retail team as an Assistant Store Manager and help lead the center of customer interaction, ensuring a bestinclass experience for AT&T customers. You will partner with the store manager to oversee daily operations, merchandising, product launches, and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services.
• Manage merchandising and product launch activities to support sales objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Welldeveloped planning, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• Strategic perspective and ability to champion change.
• Ability to inspire high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.
• Take initiative and strive to create results.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $57,000 $85,600 plus up to $18,000 in commissions when sales goals are met.
